Counterparts Premiere Music Video For “Selfishly I Sink”

Canadian melodic hardcore band Counterparts have premiered their new music video recently. You can check out the video for their song “Selfishly I Sink” below. The song is from the band’s upcoming new EP Private Room which is due out on September 7th via Pure Noise Records.

Vocalist Brendan Murphy commented:

‘Selfishly I Sink‘ is one of the few b-sides from ‘You’re Not You Anymore‘. Although it doesn’t really have a place on the record I’m still excited that the song finally gets to see the light of day. Lyrically, it’s a song about forcing yourself to find love where it doesn’t exist. It’s about trying to fill a void with things that are equally as empty.
